Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in India. We can’t ship outside India yet.
How it’s sent
We ship through Shiprocket, which hands your parcel to a courier partner such as Ekart.
When it reaches you
Delivery time depends on your PIN code and the courier. Once your parcel is on its way, the tracking link shows the expected delivery date. Festival rush and bad weather can add a day or two; if that happens, we’ll let you know.
Shipping charges
Delivery is ₹70 per order, and free on orders above ₹500. The exact amount is shown at checkout, before you pay.
Tracking your parcel
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you the tracking details by email or SMS.
Paying for your order
You can pay online with UPI, cards or netbanking through Razorpay, or choose cash on delivery at no extra charge.
If your parcel arrives damaged
Take photos before you throw away the packaging, and tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Returns and refunds explains what to do.
