Who we are
This website is run by Dalan Tales, Near Gas Agency, Mohan Eghu, Begusarai, Bihar 851101. You can reach us through the Contact page.
Orders
When you place an order, you’ll get an email confirming we’ve received it. If we can’t fulfil an order, for example because an item has run out, we’ll tell you and refund anything you’ve paid for that item.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and are final: nothing extra is added for tax at checkout. You can pay with UPI, cards or netbanking through Razorpay, or by cash on delivery. Card and bank details are handled by Razorpay; we don’t see or store them.

Our products
Each product page describes what you’re buying. If you have an allergy or dietary need, contact us before ordering. Handmade products can vary a little from their photos.
Using the website
Please don’t misuse the site, for example by trying to access other people’s accounts or interfering with how it works. The text, photos and design on this site belong to Dalan Tales unless stated otherwise, and can’t be reused without permission.
Liability
As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Patna.
